Electro-power-cell Energy Hosts a Delegation from Kazakhstan's Yessenov University, Discussing Hydrogen Energy and Carbon Utilization

On August 7, 2025, Electro-power-cell Energy Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. warmly welcomed a delegation from Yessenov University in Kazakhstan at its Shanghai headquarters. The delegation was led by the university's president, Akhmetov Berik Bakhytzhanovich, and included several heads of departments and the director of the international cooperation office. This visit, following the university's hydrogen energy cooperation agreement with Germany, is part of an important international exchange aimed at expanding cooperation with China in the fields of green energy and engineering technologies.

During the discussions, President Akhmetov was provided with an in-depth overview of Electro-power-cell's technological developments in areas such as clean electricity hydrogen production, carbon resource utilization, and modular energy systems. The delegation expressed strong interest in the company’s technological achievements. The group focused on visiting Electro-power-cell's laboratory, where the president highly praised the advanced and systematic design of the lab, commending its international leadership in integrating hydrogen energy and carbon utilization technologies. He also expressed the desire to incorporate these experiences into the new laboratory that they are planning to establish.

Both parties agreed that there is vast potential for collaboration between China and Kazakhstan in the fields of hydrogen energy, fuel cells, and carbon capture and utilization (CCUS). Yessenov University hopes to engage in deeper cooperation with Electro-power-cell in research collaboration, technology transfer, laboratory construction, and talent development, with the goal of driving green energy transformation in the Caspian region.

This visit not only deepened mutual understanding between the two parties but also laid a solid foundation for future substantial cooperation.
