The discussion focused on the strategic role of green hydrogen within clean energy systems and the potential of hydrogen–alcohol coupling pathways for long-duration energy storage and distributed energy applications. Professor He shared the latest research progress from Chongqing University in hydrogen energy, alcohol-based fuels, and integrated energy storage solutions, while our team presented the company’s technological roadmap and application scenarios in water electrolysis hydrogen production, alcohol synthesis, and modular fuel cell system development.
Through this exchange, both parties agreed that the integration of green hydrogen with alcohol-based energy storage could enhance the safety, economic efficiency, and renewable adaptability of future energy systems. Preliminary consensus was also reached regarding potential future collaboration in scientific research and demonstration project validation.
