In the subsequent academic exchange session, Ma Yuehui, Deputy General Manager and Senior Engineer of Tianjin University's Taize Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., shared the process of recycling formaldehyde, hydrochloric acid, and hydrofluoric acid from wastewater. Dong Lichun, Deputy Dean and Professor of the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Chongqing University, shared how chemical systems engineering helps achieve "dual carbon" goals and sustainable development. Wang Guixin, Professor of the School of Chemical Engineering at Sichuan University, shared the corrosion and protection of chemical equipment under extreme conditions.

Xu Junchuan, Deputy General Manager of EPC Energy Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., shared the application of 3D microchannels in continuous flow chemical processes. EPC Energy Technology's 3D microchannel technology is a highly efficient fluid handling technology. Through precision 3D printing technology, microchannels can achieve efficient heat exchange and material transfer in a very small space. This technology has broad application prospects in the chemical industry, especially in improving reaction efficiency, reducing energy consumption, minimizing equipment size, and achieving precision chemical production.

At the conference, EPC Energy Technology detailed the design principles and manufacturing processes of 3D microchannels. Compared to traditional chemical equipment, this new type of microchannel device maintains high efficiency while significantly reducing space occupation, lowering production costs, and being more environmentally friendly. This is undoubtedly a major breakthrough for the resource-intensive chemical industry.
