The carbon dioxide liquefaction device mainly realizes the liquefaction of carbon dioxide through the processes of compression, cooling and rectification.

The raw material gaseous carbon dioxide is first compressed by a compressor to increase the pressure and generate a certain amount of heat, and then the heat is removed by a cooling system to reduce the temperature of carbon dioxide.

Then, impurities and non-condensable gases are further removed by distillation column and other equipment, and finally high-purity liquid carbon dioxide is obtained.
